POLICIES

This is the rental agreement that you will be signing prior to the installation of our jumper units or any other rentals. Please read it carefully to verify that you agree to every one of our terms.

1- EQUIPMENT, RENT & TERMS OF RENTAL AGREEMENT: The undersigned, as lessee, hires FUN BOUNCER/COOLBOUNCER, as lesser, one jumper unit. The rental fee as stated above is payable in advance from the time of commencement of each event and constitutes the price from start time to end time.

2- DELIVERY: The delivery is to street address specified above by the lessee. Lessee grants lesser right to enter property at the said street (delivery address) for the delivery and subsequent pick up of the jumper unit at the specific time.

3- MAINTENANCE, ALTERATION AND ATTACHMENTS: Lessee agrees to keep the jumper unit in the same condition as when received. Ordinary wear expected. No alterations in or attachments to the jumpers will be made without prior written approval from lesser.

4- GENERAL RULES TO FOLLOW AND SAFE OPERATION ACKNOWLEDGMENT: Lessee agrees to observe ALL safety precautions
a- Only compatible age group and size shall play on the jumper unit at the same time. The maximum number of riders or each group that should play are: Children 8 & under: 8-10; Teens: 4-5; Adults: 3.
b- All riders must remove shoes before playing in the jumper unit.
c- To avoid neck and back injuries, flips are NOT allowed.
d- Riders’ safety depends on YOU. YOUR personal supervision is absolutely required.
e- Do not remove the jumper unit from the place where it was installed. If the jumper unit moves, pull the corner back to its original location of installation.

5- SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:The jumper unit’s equipment is reliable. Should the jumper unit deflate: (1) Motor may have stopped, in which case, check the corner connection at the outlet near to the motor and remember to keep only the 100-foot extension cord on the outlet. (2) If the motor is continuing to run, check the air intake on the side of the motors for blockage and check both tubes at the back of the jumper unit for snugness, retie if necessary. (3) If you cannot correct the problem, call (408) 761-3587 immediately to have someone correct the problem for you as soon as possible.

6- TITLE TO FUN BOUNCER/COOLBOUNCER: Lessee agrees that the jumper unit remains at the property of the lesser.

7- RAIN POLICY: During periods of severe weather conditions (i.e. rain, high winds, etc.) we reserve the right to cancel your reservations. If conditions are not severe, you have the option to continue to lease the jumper unit. However, if you decide to keep the unit for the term of this Rental agreement, there will be NO REFUNDS.

We at Cool Bouncer recognize the importance of protecting your personally identifiable information (such as your name, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information, collectively, “PII”) that you provide to Cool Bouncer. This Privacy Policy sets forth our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your PII both through our online and offline operations. This Privacy Policy also explains how you can correct or change the PII we hold about you or opt out of receiving certain marketing materials.

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to tell you how Cool Bouncer stoves to better serve you by keeping you informed of promotions, products and services, while, at the same time, safeguarding your PII. Our intent is to bring you offers and discounts that we believe are relevant to your interests offered by and through us.

We DO NOT disclose any type of information to anyone but our staff for the sole purpose of your rental event.
